“Counselling has become more than just a job, it’s a part of who I am
and a philosophy that I live and breathe every day.”

Thank you for taking the time to consider entrusting me to provide you with counselling therapy. Counselling is very close to my heart, having spent some years in business I soon realised that providing care and support for other people was the direction I needed to move in to. Counselling has become more than just a job, it’s a part of who I am and a philosophy that I live and breathe every day.

Prior to training as counsellor I obtained a degree in Business Administration and Human Resources and worked for several years within this field.

I am a fully qualified counsellor having completed my training over a period of five years at The Counselling Foundation. I continue to work as a counsellor at the Foundation, where I meet with clients regularly. I also am involved in the process of assessing the needs of new clients, matching them to appropriately skilled counsellors within the Foundation.

As a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, I adhere to their ethical framework. In accordance with this framework, I am required to receive regular supervision of my work, to help ensure the highest standard of care is provided for my clients.
